SSO Expression Maps

Generate Dorico expression maps (.doricolib) for Spitfire Symphony Orchestra. Pick any combination of folders, instruments and patches. Each map sends the patch's own CC32 (UACC) values, read directly from Kontakt, so the switches match the real patch.

Include Spitfire-specific sounds that have no Dorico playing technique (e.g. "Nutcracker", "Beast Long") as named switches

Patches with identical articulation lists share one map, so you get fewer maps than patches.
Articulations that map to a Dorico playing technique are matched automatically in the score. Spitfire-specific sounds are written as named switches without a technique; in Dorico's Expression Map editor you can link them to a playing technique of your own.
Muted, harmonics and similar variants are written as combinations (for example muted + tremolo).
Import the file in Dorico's Expression Maps dialog (Play mode), then assign the map to the instrument in your playback template.
